Jesuit defeated Princeton 45-0. Fri · Sep 18, 2026

Jesuit Rangers football · 2026 season · District.

The Jesuit Rangers opened district play with an absolute statement on Friday night, traveling to Jackie Hendricks Stadium and delivering a comprehensive 45-0 shutout over the Princeton Panthers. Building off the momentum of their defensive masterclass last week, Jesuit’s defense was impenetrable from start to finish, extending their scoreless streak to an impressive seven consecutive quarters.

Quarterback J.P. Livingstone continued his evolution as the offensive catalyst, dealing damage both in the air and on the ground. Livingstone accounted for multiple scores, highlighted by a 14-yard touchdown scramble up the middle and a 2-yard touchdown toss to George Gladstone in the flat. Livingstone also showcased his arm on a free play, connecting with his favorite target, Joseph Konings, for a 43-yard strike to keep the Panthers on their heels.

The Rangers' rushing attack provided the knockout blows in the second half. Gage Griffin broke loose on a dazzling 59-yard option keeper down the left sideline, turning on the jets for a score. Shortly after, Gladstone delivered the highlight of the night, taking a handoff and sprinting 84 yards down the sideline to effectively put the game out of reach. The Jesuit ground game simply could not be contained by the Princeton defense.

Defensively, Jesuit was suffocating, shutting down any hope of a Princeton rally. Late in the contest, the pass rush asserted its dominance when Andrew Clark dropped the Panthers' quarterback for a crucial sack, cementing the team's first shutout of the 2026 campaign.

Now riding a two-game winning streak and possessing a 1-0 record in district play, the Rangers return to Ranger Stadium next Friday night. They will look to keep their perfect district start intact when they host the McKinney Boyd Broncos.
